because it consists of rum and coconut flakes A rum cake I know is traditionally a ring molded cake and topped with a sugar icing. I'll clarify with my chef's but anyway's this tastes so sweet that I got a tooth decay after eating a piece! That's some good cake 
And but you know what? Those rum cake balls are better than the ring molded rum cake xD
